EHA, Davis House, Victoria, London Material Used - Emperor Stone, Jasmine, Compac
EHA are an Irish based company who are currently redeveloping sites across London and other parts of the UK. AG&M were contracted to complete kitchens and bathrooms on their prestigious Davis House project adjacent to Victoria Train Station in Central London.
Due to the location the apartments were very much sought after and were completed to an extremely aggressive build plan. All 65 apartments were completed within a 5 month period. The kitchens were completed in Emperor Stone Jasmine and the bathroom vanity units were finished with Compac Arena. EHA and AG&M are now working together on other developments in and around London.
Haddon Property Developments, Cressbrook Mill, Derbyshire Material Used - Star Galaxy
We worked closely with Haddon Property Development to install granite in the kitchens of luxury apartments for a redevelopment project at Cressbrook Mill in Derbyshire. We coordinated with several contractors, ensuring we met all deadlines and made the installation process effortless for HPD.
The materials used, including Star Galaxy, Black Pearl, Absolute Black Granite added a premium feel to the kitchens and complimented the apartments luxurious aspects.
Haddon Property Developments were very happy with the service, the materials and the installation and believed the granite made a major contribution to the sale of the apartments.
Jill Murphy, Derbyshire Material Used - Seaweed Green
Jill came to AG&M after a recommendation from one of her colleagues. Jill had bought a new property that needed quite a bit of renovation. The house was lovely but quite a bit of work was needed in the kitchen as this was very dated. Jill decided that granite would transform the kitchen once she had some new units.
Jill called into our Matlock site to choose some granite and after seeing the Seaweed Green she knew that this would be a perfect compliment to the new kitchen she had decided on. After having “a bit of a Nightmare” with some building work that needed doing before the kitchen could go in, Jill was “over the moon” with the service she received from AG&M and the granite was installed without any fuss and Jill was delighted with the result “I still have to pinch myself when I walk up the stairs to the kitchen and see the granite…it is so gorgeous, Thank you so much”.
The Post Box, Birmingham Material Used - China Black
The customer was looking for some exterior cladding for the outside of the building that was to form part of the inner city regeneration development which included the ‘Mail Box’ redevelopment.
The ‘Post Box’ is a striking and individual project with over 258 apartments over 6 floors. We worked closely with the client to establish their vision and for us to help make that a reality.
Fully project managed and working to strict time scales we were able to complete the clients request and they were delighted with the product and service they received.
Bruce Williams, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire Material Used - Desert Sand
Bruce had called into our Aylesbury branch as he had seen AG&M on the internet. Bruce and his wife were updating an existing kitchen and wanted something a bit more modern. They liked light colours and settled on the Desert Sand Quartz which they liked against the white coloured doors they had chosen for the kitchen.
At first they were contemplating having a wooden island but "the quartz is so affordable we have decided to have the quartz island too." Bruce was very happy with the service he received from initial concept to final completion, and with advice from AG&M's Project Coordinators it "made my purchase very easy."
James Collins, Olbea Homes, Matlock, Derbyshire Material Used - Premium Black
James came to AG&M via a recommendation from one of his builders who were a customer. James’s company had bought a site and was building 8 luxury apartments and knew that granite was the only choice for the worktops.
"I am putting the best in as I want them to be exclusive”. James came to our Matlock showroom and chose the Premium Black for the first kitchen although one of his customer had specified a brown quartz for the one they were buying so he chose Havana Brown for that particular apartment. Once the Granite was fitted James had lots of compliments from different people who were working on the building site. “I think everyone wants granite now that has seen ours- it looks stunning"
